After that, he has to have a route plan of the dealers and customer’sarea.

All the process isenlisted in the sales app and the head office accounts department is responsible forreconciliation of the amount according to the ERP software based sales app.# After Sales service or Sales ReturnSales return process used to take place after sales and distribution procedure.
Normally, if anycustomer arises an issue which caused the unsalable state of the products, then afterverification of the situation company will reimburse against the sales.
The whole procedure isalso enlisted in the app.# Balance enquiry –Customers are able to see the balance statement from the sales app too.
